Totally exceeded my expectations - in terms of customer service and quality - the flowers actually look like what they do on the website! I ordered the night before a funeral that was to take place at 11:30 am - and initially, the flower truck hadn't arrived - but they called me back at 11 am that day, and said - we'll get your flowers to the funeral on time.
